Paper4Trees

The paper collected last year makes us win 20 trees. They have been chosen in collaboration with Ron, care-taker and Andrew, Board of Trustee and have been ordered on the 3rd June.

Keep New Zealand Beautiful Clean-Up Week

E-Day
The date for eDay 2009 has been tentatively set for Saturday 12th September. eDay is a community initiative designed to raise awareness of the hazardous nature of electronic waste and will be supported locally by QLDC. It is an opportunity for you to safely recycle old electronic equipment and waste (old computers, mobile phones, etc). Electronic waste can seriously damage the environment, wildlife, and human life when dumped in landfills. For updates about eDay 2009 check out www.eday.org.nz (Larissa)
